Dareen Abukwaik serves as the Turrell Fund’s Program Associate. She provides strategic programmatic support to the Fund, its client base and partners through project management and research. Dareen also assists with social media, website and communications work at the Fund.

Prior to becoming the Program Associate, Dareen was the Fund’s Communications and Operations Intern. She maintained the Fund’s Instagram and updated the website. She also assisted with internal and external events on behalf of the Fund.

Dareen graduated with a B.A. in Journalism from Seton Hall University. Dareen believes that early support for children is fundamental, especially in education and early literacy, and looks forward to continuing her work with the Fund.
